Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
One written assignment, oral participation, all aids allowed.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Minimum requirements: Full attendance, positive assessment of both the written assignment and the oral participation; basic knowledge of civil procedure and civil law is recommended; the final assessment is made up of 50% written assignment and 50% oral assessment.

Among other things, as a contrast to a cooperative negotiation style, students will also deal with the requirements and difficulties of building a contentious legal position and learn to analyse an issue for opportunities and risks.
