Aims, contents and method of the course
Analyses of EC-Law conerning equal rights between woman and man as well as desisions of the ECJ dealing with gender issues.
Assessment and permitted materials
Regelmäßige aktive Teilnahme an den Diskussionen im Plenum und Abhaltung eines Referates sowie Erarbeitung eines Handouts und eines Abstracts.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Ziel dieser LV ist es die Studierenden mit den verschiedenen Teilbereichen der Gleichstellung von Frauen und Männern in der EU vertraut zu machen. Dabei sollen durch die vertiefte Auseinandersetzung mit der Materie neue Blickwinkel auf die Geschlechtergleichstellung entwickelt werden.
