Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This course will be held in parallel to the lecture Digital Law and prepares students for the module exam "Digital Law".
It covers the following topics:
• Legal Tech
• General Legal Framework
• Artificial Intelligence and Law
• Data protection law
• Platform law
• Intellectual property rights in information society
The course is held through presentations by the lecturers and are accompanied by interactive teaching methods (e.g. polls, discussions), as well as the graphical visualisation of the learning material.

Assessment and permitted materials

Assessment: Two tests
Permitted materials: Open-Book-Test; no collaboration

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Written tests on moodle.
