Aims, contents and method of the course

Mediation of the basics of civil law case solutions with instructive introduction and selected cases.
Preparation of cases by the students with joint case solution and discussion in the course.

Assessment and permitted materials

Written examination, cooperation. Uncommented edition of the law.

Learning the civil law case solution on the basis of cases.
Positive written exam
