Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

In this lecture the regulatory concepts of the UNESCO Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage from 1972 and of the UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage from 2003 and their implementations will be discussed. A focus is placed on the principle of sustainability as inherent in the heritage protection.
