Historische Entwicklung von Arbeit und ihrer rechtlichen Regelung im gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhang, Entwicklung des Systems der Arbeitsbeziehungen in Österreich, Europa und in der Welt, wesentliche Inhalte arbeitsrechtlicher Institutionen (Gewerkschaften, Kollektive Rechtsgestaltung, Betriebliche Mitbestimmung, Arbeitskampf, Mindestarbeitsdingungen, Lohnfortzahlung, Beendigungsschutz, Gleichbehandlung)
