Aims, contents and method of the course
The lecture deals with the history of legislation and jurisprudence as well as the history of private law itself from the Middle Ages to present days.
Assessment and permitted materials
There is no special exam for the lecture, but it serves to prepare for the module examination in legal and constitutional history.
