Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The lecture deals with the history of private law legislation and jurisprudence as well as the history of private law itself from the Middle Ages to the present day.

Assessment and permitted materials

There is no exam for the lecture, since it serves to prepare for the module examination in legal and constitutional history.
In special cases (e.g. for Erasmus students) an oral examination on the lecture material is possible; please contact me by e-mail.
