Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Basic knowledge in European Public Procurement Law: Main structures; impact on Austrian Public Procurement Law.
Knowledge in Austrian Public Procurement Law: scope of application, exceptions, types of procedure and legal protection.

Examination topics
