A systematic introduction to the law and language of US/UK/Austrian Tort Law, Family Law, Law of Succession, Real Estate Law

Assessment and permitted materials

presentation/final test, active class participation

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Requirements for passing the course and obtaining a report:
1. regular course attendance
2. regular preparation for class (study aids will require at least asmuch time as class work)
3. active class participation
4. oral exam which can be replaced by a (joint) presentation

Examination topics
