Aims, contents and method of the course

Methoden: Die Lehrveranstaltung wird als Vorlesung gehalten. Der Lehrstoff wird in erster Linie vorgetragen und gelegentlich auch anhand von Beispielen erklärt.

Ziele: Ziel ist sowohl das Beherrschen wie auch das fallbezogene Anwenden des in der Lehrveranstaltung besprochenen Stoffes. Die Lehrveranstaltung dient als unterstützende Vorbereitung für die Modulprüfung Unternehmensrecht und FÜM 2.
