There is a large amount of materials in the Moodle course which you can use for the homeworks and the 2 tests, so your presence in class is not absolutely necessary in every single class even though it is highly recommended.
Nevertheless, you must attend the first class or your place will go to someone on the waiting list. If you know beforehand that you will not be able to come but are interestetd to stay in the course, send an email BEFORE the class stating the reason of your absence.

Overview of the Austrian Legal System in English, especially for ERASMUS-incomings.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

ERASMUS-Incomings will be given an overview of the Basics of Austrian political and constitutional history and the Austrian legal System.
