Aims, contents and method of the course

Overview of the Austrian Legal System in English, especially for ERASMUS-incomings. ERASMUS-Incomings will be given an overview of the Basics of Austrian political and constitutional history and the Austrian legal system.

active student participation (several short homeworks), 2 written tests (online)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Assessment criteria: 10% for each homework (4 homeworks) and 30% for each test (2 tests).

100,00 % - 87,00 % grade 1 (very good)
86,99 % - 75,00 % grade 2 (good)
74,99 % - 63,00 % grade 3 (satisfactory)
62,99 % - 50,00 % grade 4 (sufficient)
