Aims, contents and method of the course
Darstellung und Besprechung ausgewählter Gebiete des Vermögensprivatrechts: Sachenrecht (inkl Nachbarrecht), Leistungsstörungsrecht, Schadenersatzrecht
Assessment and permitted materials
Leistungskontrolle: 2 Tests (je 45%) und Mitarbeit (10%)
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Für den Erwerb eines positiven Lehrveranstaltungszeugnisses sind regelmäßige Anwesenheit und das Erreichen von 51% der Beurteilungskriterien notwendig.
