Aims, contents and method of the course

Law and information society, legal tech, automatization in law; ICT management, knowledge management; legal informations systems; legal ontologies; e-government; e-justice; IT-law (Internet governance, telekommunication law; data protection; patent law; e-commerce etc.)
The course will be given by a team of lecturers.

Assessment and permitted materials

Legal informatics: multiple-choice tests + essay
All tests are open book.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Discourse with technical and legal basics of law in the knowledge and network society
