These include liability for damage caused by space activities on Earth and in outer space, space debris and environmental issues in outer space, codes of conduct and military uses of outer space, legal problems connected to direct television broadcasting and remote sensing, international cooperation (in particular in the International Space Station ISS) and space tourism.
In addition, students will participate in a space law 'moot court', involving a dispute relating to issues in outer space law to be held before the International Court of Justice.
