Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Oral participation (30%) and 2 written exams (70%)
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The respective topics in the field of international law will be discussed on the basis of cases. Detailed requirements for a positive grade will be determined together with the participants. Active oral participation is required.
Examination topics
International law, with special focus on the topics dealt with in class.
