Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The course is dedicated to current developments in national and international restructuring and insolvency law. These will be presented and discussed by representatives from academia and (in particular) practice.The seminar is thus aimed in particular at legal practice and in this sense invites disciplinary exchange and corresponding networking.In addition, the course also offers diploma students valuable insights into the multifaceted practice of restructuring and insolvency law, in particular also on legal policy trends and developments in European and Austrian case law.
Assessment and permitted materials
The oral participation in the course units in particular is used to assess the seminar participants. In addition, examination colloquia and written assignments can also be used for assessment.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Attendance in the attendance units of the course, oral participation.
Examination topics
The examination material in the case of an examination colloquium is the lectures given in the course units as well as the contents of the subsequent discussions.
