Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Mindestanforderungen: Grundkenntnisse des (österreichischen) Erbrechts.
Beurteilungsmaßstab: Positive Beurteilung bei Erreichen von 51% der Gesamtpunkteanzahl. Davon können Sie bei den einzelnen Leistungskontrollen erlangen: Klausur: 50%, Test: 20%, Mitarbeit: 30%.
