Überblick und vertiefend Organisation von Kapitalgesellschaften, in Bezug auf ihre Organe (Rechte und Pflichten von Geschäftsführern, Vorstand, Aufsichtsrat) der Gesellschafter und Aktionäre; ferner Genossenschaften, Sparkassen, Privatstiftung
Exkursion zum Firmenbuch des Handelsgerichts Wien
Vortrag an Hand von Powerpoint-Präsentation unter Einbindung der Studenten; Austeilung der Powerpoint-Präsentation und anderer Unterlagen (z.B. höchstgerichtliche Judikatur; Aufsätze in Kopie)
