Aims, contents and method of the course
Aims: acquisition of the ability to find appropriate solutions for case-studies in Civil law methods: case-studies in Civil law on an intermediate level
Assessment and permitted materials
Mündliche Mitarbeit und zwei schriftliche Klausuren (erlaubtes Hilfsmittel: unkommentierte Gesetzesausgabe)
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Anwesenheit (zweimaliges Fernbleiben möglich) und positive Klausur.
Beurteilungsmaßstab:
Teilnahme an einer Klausur:
a) negative Klausurnote = negative Endnote
b) positive Klausurnote = Endnote. Bei mindestens 3 Mitarbeitsplus Verbesserung um einen Grad.
Teilnahme an beiden Klausuren:
a) zwei negative Klausurnoten = negative Endnote
b) sonst: mathematisch gerundeter Mittelwert der beiden Klausurnoten = Endnote. Bei mindestens 3 Mitarbeitsplus Verbesserung um einen Grad.
Beurteilungsmaßstab:
