"Case Studies" sind eine von der Hrvard Law School stammende Lehrmethode, die zum Ziel hat, grundlegende juristische Fragestellungen und damit verbundene Interessenspositionen zu analysieren, präsentieren und diskutieren:
Mitarbeit in der Lehrveranstaltung (Diskussionsteilnahme, Gewichtung: 30%);
Kurzreferat 15-20 min (Gewichtung: 40%)
Seminararbeit von 20-25 Seiten (Gewichtung: 30%)
