Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This seminar examines the interrelations between public and private international law from a historical, dogmatic and practical standpoint. The various issues of those subject areas will be explored and possible similarities compiled. Participants will discuss the topics via oral presentations and written papers.

Seminar paper, presentation and discussion participation
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Assessment of the written exposes, the oral presentation of the doctoral project (20 minutes) and subsequent discussion.
