Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Vertiefende Betrachtung individualarbeitsrechtlicher Sachprobleme, insbesondere Vertragsabschluss (inklusive AuslBG), Gleichbehandlungsrecht, Inhalt des Arbeitsverhältnisses sowie Beendigung des Arbeitsverhältnisses.Zur Vorbereitung werden den Studierenden Lernvideos zur Verfügung gestellt, um die Grundlagen, die im Selbststudium zu erwerben sind, zu festigen. In den Lehrveranstaltungseinheiten erfolgt dann eine vertiefende Diskussion der Lerninhalte.
