Aims, contents and method of the course

Darstellung, Wiederholung und Vertiefung des in den drei Skripten bzw Vorlesungsteilen (Öffentliches Recht, Privatrecht, Rechtsphilosophie) enthaltenen Stoffes durch Besprechung und Lösung modulprüfungsrelevanter Fragen (nach den Kapiteln des jeweiligen Skriptums gegliedert), welche über die Lernplattform MOODLE bereitgestellt werden.
Übung der Falllösungstechnik
Möglichkeit der Teilnahme an schriftlichen Klausuren
Vorbereitung der Teilnehmer auf die Modulprüfung zur Einführung in die Rechtswissenschaften und ihre Methoden (alle 3 Teile: Öffentliches Recht, Privatrecht, Rechtsphilosophie)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Die Beurteilung erfolgt aufgrund der Ergebnisse der Klausuren (positiver Notendurchschnitt) sowie der mündlichen Mitarbeit
