Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Practical knowledge of basic concepts of competition law, especially in the area of digital markets and regarding sustainability issues/green "cartels", as well as gender issues.
Assessment and permitted materials
The test will consist of one essay question and a small case study to be solved, open book (PPP and notes).
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Understanding of the main concepts of competition law & economics and particular challenges with regard to digital markets, sustainability and gender. The lectures will focus on cases and practical aspects.
Examination topics
Content is lectures (PPP + oral presentation). The exam is open book in the sense that you can use the PPP and your notes.
