Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Gegenstand der Lehrveranstaltung sind die Grundlagen und Strukturen des Öffentlichen Rechts.
Assessment and permitted materials
Für ein positives Zeugnis sind in jedem Fall mündliche Mitarbeit sowie die Teilnahme an 3 von 4 Tests erforderlich. Ohne mündliche Mitarbeit ist eine positive Benotung nicht möglich.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Verfestigung des Grundlagen- und Basiswissens als Vorbereitung für den Besuch einer Pflichtübung aus Öffentlichem Recht.
Examination topics
Es werden kleinere Rechtsfälle bearbeitet.

Stelzer, Grundzüge des Öffentlichen Rechts. Walter/Mayer/Kucsko-Stadlmayer, Österreichisches Bundesverfassungsrecht, 10. Auflage (Kapitelauswahl wird noch bekanntgegeben). Adamovich/Funk/Holzinger, Österreichisches Staatsrecht (Kapitelauswahl wird noch bekanntgegeben).
