Aims, contents and method of the course

Der KU Wettbewerbsrecht (UWG) dient zur vertiefenden Beschäftigung mit Fragen des Lauterkeitsrechts und des angrenzenden Immaterialgüterrechts. Die Schwerpunkte der Lehrveranstaltung umfassen ua folgende Inhalte:

- Rechtsdurchsetzung im Wettbewerbsrecht
- Missbrauch von Kennzeichen eines Unternehmens
- Herabsetzung eines Unternehmens
- Aggressive Geschäftspraktiken
- Irreführende Geschäftspraktiken
- Große Generalklausel
- Vergleichende Werbung
- Verletzung von Geschäfts- und Betriebsgeheimnissen

Assessment and permitted materials

Mitarbeit: 30%
Hausarbeit: 40%
Abschlussprüfung: 30%

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Erwünscht sind Grundkenntnisse des Lauterkeitsrechts auf Basis der Modulprüfung Unternehmensrecht.

Das unentschuldigte Fehlen in der ersten Einheit führt zur Abmeldung. Insgesamt ist zweimaliges Fernbleiben gestattet. Darüber hinausgehendes Fernbleiben führt zur negativen Beurteilung der Lehrveranstaltung. Das unentschuldigte Fehlen bei einer Urteilspräsentation führt zur negativen Beurteilung.
