Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
1. Teil: Ausgewählte Bereiche des Wirtschaftsstrafrechts (z.B. Untreue, Korruption, Kridadelikte, Falsche Bilanzierung, Insiderhandel, …) einschließlich der Besonderheiten ihrer Sanktionierung (z.B. Verbandsverantwortlichkeit, Verfall) und prozessualer Aspekte.2. Teil: Einfluss des Europarechts auf das Österreichische Straf- und Strafprozessrecht. Verfolgung von transnationalen Straftaten in Europa (insbes. Zusammenarbeit von Justiz und Polizei, Europäischer Haftbefehl, Ne bis in idem).
