Aims, contents and method of the course
This Course addresses the question of the Reality of Law and therefore considers the legal sociological theories of Max Weber and Eugen Ehrlich in this respect.
Assessment and permitted materials
The grading will be based on active topic team participation, on campus discussion and the final eXam.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Examination topics
The Course is using the eLearning Platform FRONTER (in the blended learning mode) in order to provide both material and infrastructure for groupwork and communication. The Course consists of Topic Team presentations, discussions and a final eXam, where the key aspects of the course outcomings will be reconsidered
