Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Teilnahme an der Pflichtübung aus Straf- und Strafprozessrecht setzt eine positiv abgeschlossenen Anfängerpflichtübung und Grundkenntnisse des Strafprozessrechts voraus.

Die Übung beginnt am Mittwoch, den 15. März 2017, und findet wöchentlich statt. Es werden (Modulprüfungs)Fälle mündlich gemeinsam mit den Teilnehmern besprochen, wobei Sie herzlich eingeladen sind, sich zur Mitarbeit zu melden. Inhaltlich beschäftigt sich diese Übung mit dem gesamten Stoff der Modulprüfung (Allgemeiner Teil I, Besonderer Teil laut Stoffabgrenzung, Allgemeiner Teil II sowie Strafprozessrecht)

Assessment and permitted materials

Voraussetzungen für ein positives Übungszeugnis sind eine positive Klausur und eine positive Mitarbeitsleistung.
