Zur Leistungskontrolle dienen 2 gleichwertige Tests (je 45%, Hilfsmittel: unkommentierte Gesetzestexte) und Mitarbeit (10%).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Für den Erwerb eines positiven Lehrveranstaltungszeugnisses sind regelmäßige Anwesenheit und das Erreichen von 51% der Beurteilungskriterien notwendig. Angemeldete Studierende, die in der Vorbesprechung ohne Angabe eines wichtigen Grundes nicht erschienen sind, werden von der Lehrveranstaltungsleiterin abgemeldet.
