Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The Seminar "EU Asylum- and Migration Law I: The European Dimension" deals with key questions of migration law and policy (both on the European level and on the international level) which are currently under discussion. In the wrap-up discussion perspectives and legal policy issues shall be raised and discussed. Interdisciplinary issues are more than welcome.
Assessment and permitted materials
The assessment is based on participation in the discussion (own presentation and in general) within the seminar (15%) and the seminar paper (85%).
The requirements for the seminar paper are in line with the common practice at the Faculty of Law. Details and suggestions for your research work shall be provided via MOODLE and in the kickoff class.
