Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This seminar deals with key questions of Europen Constitutional Law (both on the European level and on the international level) which are currently under discussion. The war in Ukraine, societal changes and new challenges related to climate aggravation shall be addressed.In the wrap-up discussion perspectives and legal policy issues shall be raised and discussed. Interdisciplinary issues are more than welcome.
Assessment and permitted materials
The assessment is based on participation in the discussion (own presentation and in general) within the seminar (= 20%), the written handout (presentation or such = 20%) and the oral presentation (= 60%).
The requirements for the seminar paper are in line with the common practice at the Faculty of Law. Details and suggestions for further research work shall be provided via MOODLE and in the kickoff class.
