Aims, contents and method of the course
Modern legal systems are required to institutionalize the mutual recognition of all people as equally free. Democracy, human rights and the rule of law are essential for this. The seminar explores the two basic concepts - autonomy and recognition - from a theoretical perspective and then turns to current cases of application.

Presentation; participation at discussion.

Since the course is a seminar, there is no examination and therefore no examination material - the basis for the performance assessment is the presentation and the participation in the discussion.
