Aims, contents and method of the course
Grundlagen und Besonderheiten der Völkerrechtsordnung; Völkerrechtsquellen; Staaten und Internationale Organisationen als Völkerrechtssubjekte; Grundregeln der Internationalen Beziehungen (Gewalt- und Interventionsverbot, Friedliche Streitbeilegung, Menschenrechtsschutz); Völkerrechtliche Verantwortung und Haftung
Assessment and permitted materials
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Studierende, die kein rechtswissenschaftliches Studium im Hauptfach absolvieren, sollen in die Lage versetzt werden, Rechtsprobleme mit internationalem Bezug aus völkerrechtlicher Perspektive zu analysieren.
Examination topics
E-Learning – unterstützte Lehrveranstaltung. Erarbeitung des Stoffes während des Unterrichts sowie schriftliche Überprüfung des Stoffes.

Binder/Kriebaum/Marboe/Nowak/Reinisch/Wittich, Einführung in die Internationalen Grundlagen des Rechts: Einführung in das Völkerrecht; in der Abteilung für Völkerrecht, Juridicum, Stiege 2, 5. Stock, Schottenbastei 10-16, A-1010 Wien zu folgenden Zeiten: Dienstag und Mittwoch 9-12h, während der vorlesungsfreien Zeit ausschließlich Mittwoch 9-12 Uhr.
