Aims, contents and method of the course

This course is for students with an interest in IP-/IT-law, in particular with a long-term project to write a PHD-thsesis in the field. A list of topics will be presented at the firrst meeting, students' proposals are possible.

Assessment and permitted materials

Written text and oral presentation.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Written paper, oral presentation, active participation.
