Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This seminar is for students with an interest in IP-/IT-law, in particular with a long-term project to write a PHD-thsesis in the field. The topics of the seminar papers will be determined in the first meeting. There, a list of topics will be presented, students' proposals are possible.
During the course of the seminar, students are to write a seminar paper and hold a presentation it.
The class is held in coopeartion with Roche Austria (https://www.roche.at). Some of the topics will be proposed by the partners and will be presented and discussed with representatives from these organisations being present.

Written seminar paper and oral presentation.

Written paper, oral presentation, active participation.
