Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This seminar deals with the legal relationship of innovation and digitalisation. It will be held in German primarily, but is open to (international) students wishing to work and present in English.

Students will be familiarised with the main features of innovation and digitalisation in a legal sense and will be able to recognise, formulate and legally discuss relevant legal problems after completing the seminar. The students learn to do legal research, to present legal contents and to defend legal theses as well as to write a seminar paper on innovation law.

The seminar is held in blocks. Each student chooses a specific topic, presents it and writes a seminar paper on it. The students can propose topics independently or choose from the topics offered.
