Aims, contents and method of the course

Inhalte:
Es werden die grundlegenden Ordnungsfragen des Gesellschaftsrechts behandelt, insbesondere der Personen- (GesBR, OG, KG) und Kapitalgesellschaften (AG, GmbH, ferner SE).

Ziele: Vermittlung der prüfungsrelevanten Inhalte des Fachs "Gesellschaftsrecht"; (MP Unternehmensrecht und der FÜM II).

Methoden:
Powerpoint-unterstützter Vortrag, Diskussion.
