Selection of team members and preparation for the 2015 International Roman Law Moot Court
Assessment and permitted materials
Grades will be based on the oral performance in class and the quality of the written assignments. Participants are expected to attend ALL classes and prepare for each class!
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Study of selected fields of Roman law; improvement of Roman Law knowledge; development of mooting skills.
