Aims, contents and method of the course
International Telecommunications Law (Schweighofer), ICANN (Schweighofer); European telecommunications law (Queck): European legal framework 2003 with reform 2009 and ongoing revision, (Framework Directive, Authorisation Directive, Access Directive, Universal Service Directive, Directive on privacy and electronic communications, spectrum policy decision), RTR, Austrian telecommunications law (Feiel, Seitlinger)
Assessment and permitted materials
