Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Performance is assessed within the module examination in Civil Law and FÜM II. Towards the end of the semester, the possibility of a mock exam is offered.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
In the mock exam, the applicable law for a hypothetical case with an international connection is to be determined.
Examination topics
The mock exam will cover the basics of private international law applicable in Austria, as covered in the lecture.

Students will be introduced to the subject matter by means of concrete examples.
