Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Active participation during the meetings; furthermore, participants will have to prepare a written paper and present it orally in class and will have to discuss the papers of their colleagues.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Graduate and undergraduate students, preferably with some previous knowledge in international (investment) law.Presentation of draft seminar paper in class (25%), class participation (5%), final seminar paper (70%).Knowledge of English.
