Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course is designed for students in the first stage of study to prepare for the module examination in "Legal and Constitutional History". Using sources, thematic focal points from the sections "Constitutional History" and "History of Private Law" are discussed.

Assessment and permitted materials

discussion and two written tests.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Two exams are held, the better exam grade is used for the overall grade (if only one of the two exams was taken, the exam grade achieved there is used). Through oral participation, you can improve your grade by up to one grade. However, such an improvement is not possible from "not sufficient" to "sufficient", i.e. one of the two examinations must be positive in any case.

Examination topics

Will be shown on moodle.
