Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

We don't just focus on hard historical facts, but rather create a direct narrative from the historical development of the image of women in legal discourse to the present. Furthermore, the examination of relevant texts will facilitate the incorporation of the legal knowledge into a broader theoretical framework.

Most of all, however, we want to make visible the actuality and urgency of the subjects we plan to examine. We aim to show that the struggle for women's rights is not only a phenomenon of recent decades, but actually a multifaceted, historically fascinating relevant matter which is still relevant today.
