Aims, contents and method of the course
The course deals with the development of private law as well as development of public law in the period before 1848 and shows cross-connections between the two fields.
Assessment and permitted materials
Verbal participation and written test in the last course unit
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
A positive exam (at least 125 points) and at least one participation is required for a positive final grade.
