Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Contents: Business law (focused on the main emphasis of the examiners).

Methods: The course is held as an interactive lecture. The participants will be prepared for the business law questions of the PM Business Law on the basis of known exam questions.

Voluntary pre-meeting: The participants will be informed about learning methods and resources during a voluntary pre-meeting (digitally via Zoom - in March), aiming to facilitate effective exam preparation and optimal acquisition of exam knowledge. At this point, however, we would like to draw your attention to the parallel course "030668 VO Prüfungstraining Gesellschaftsrecht", which also serves as an optimal preparation for the oral exam in Business Law.

Aims: To prepare students for the PM Business Law. The students should not only deepen their knowledge of business law, but also learn how to deal with the demands placed on them in the MP Corporate Law.

Assessment and permitted materials

The exam will be administered through a digital multiple choice test on Moodle.
The lecture exam is NOT the MP Business Law, but a separate form of performance review for self-assessment.
If you take the exam, the ECTS earned in the process will be documented in your collective transcript under the item "Interest Module".

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Optional lecture exam: At least 50% of the points must be achieved. An assessment is made by "participated with success" or "participated without success".

Examination topics

Exam material (optional lecture exam): Business Law, focusing on Books 1, 3, and 4 of the UGB.
