Aims, contents and method of the course
Acquisition of in-depth knowledge of International Contract law and CISG.
Assessment and permitted materials
Mitarbeit, kurzer Test, Klausur, es besteht Anwesenheitspflicht.Positive Beurteilung: 51% der Gesamtpunkteanzahl; davon können Sie bei den einzelnen Leistungskontrollen erlangen: Klausur: 50%; Test: 20%; Mitarbeit: 30%.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Grundkenntnisse kollisionsrechtlicher Fragestellungen sowie des Schuldrechts. Interesse für die Lösung von Fragen im Zusammenhang mit internationalen Verträgen.
