Aims, contents and method of the course

Ziele:
Vorbereitung insbesondere auf den unternehmensrechtlichen Teil der FÜM II (Training der Falllösung nach Anspruchsgrundlagen) sowie auf die MP Unternehmensrecht

Inhalte:
prüfungsrelevante Gebiete des Wirtschaftsprivatrechts (Unternehmensrecht iwS)

interaktive Diskussion und Lösung vorgegebener Fälle
